Return & Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
    A clear and continuous unboxing video (from package opening to showing the product) must be provided as proof. This helps us validate any claims of damage or incorrect items.

  2. Report Within 2 Days:
    You must notify us of any issues within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  3. Product Condition:

    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

    • Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return/refund.

    • Customized or perishable items are not eligible for return.


How to Request a Return or Refund:

  1. Email us at [your email address] or WhatsApp us at [your contact number] within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Attach the unboxing video and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.


Refund Process:

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received back (if applicable), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


Note: Aorial reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the policy conditions are not met.
